We offer classes for every level, from ages 5-18. Each class is made up of an Fitness component and water skills.

Fall 2025 Season

All groups begin the week of September 8th 2025

 

Level 1 - Sept - Dec / Jan-Apr

1 options. 12 week class

Saturday: 10:15-11am

The Level 1 class is a beginner level for new to diving or who have shown the proper skills at our evaluation. This level emphasizes basic jumps and skills from the gutter platform, 1 meter and 3 meter board, as well as basic dives on the 1 meter board.

Level 2 - Sept - Dec/Jan - Apr

Pick 1 of the following day options. 14 week class

2A Monday/Wednesday: 4-5 pm

2B Monday/Wednesday:: 5-6pm

2C Tuesday/Thursday: 5-6pm

2D Tuesday/Thursday: 6-7pm

The Level 2 class is an intermediate level of diving. Level 2 continues to work on jumps, skills, basic and competitive dives on both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards, as well as gymnastic dry land drills and exercises related to diving. Divers are also introduced to competition once a session. This class gives each diver a chance to train at their own pace in a fun and safe environment.

Level 3 - Sept - May

1 option. Full year

3 Monday/Wednesday 6-7pm & Saturday 11am-12pm

The Level 3 group is an intermediate level of diving. The Level 3 class works towards gaining a competitive list of dives on both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards, as well as gymnastic dry land drills and exercises related to diving. Level 3 divers compete at local meets throughout the year as well as a chance to dive at the AAU regional & national level. Level 3 allows each diver a chance to train at their own pace in a fun and safe environment.

Competitive Programs

JO A - Minimum of 5 days a week. If you make AAU or USA or Ynats, You are REQUIRED to attend. Must compete 1m and 3m.

Tue/Wed/Thur 4-6pm

Friday 5:30-7am

Saturday 8-10am

The JO A Team is a 15 & Over advanced level of training for competitive divers. JO A divers are required to compete a full list of skilled dives on 1-meter and 3-meter springboards, and have the option to dive platform. The JO A Team competes at local invitational, regional, national and international meets. Members of the JO A Team are selected by the coaches based on skill level, dedication and behavior.

JO C - Minimum of 4 days a week. If you make AAU or USA or Ynats, You are required to attend. Must compete 1m and 3m

Monday & Tuesday 4-6pm

Wednesday 6-8pm

Friday 5:30-7am

Saturday 8-10am

The JO C Team is a 14 & Under advanced level of training group for divers who have a full list of skilled dives on 1-meter and 3-meter springboards, and have the option to dive platform. The JO C Team competes at local invitational, regional, national and international meets. Members of the JO B Team are selected by the coaches based on skill level, dedication and behavior.

JO B - Minimum of 3 days a week. You are required to attend invitationals and qualifiers. National meets are encouraged if you qualify. Must compete 1m and 3m.

Tue & Thur 6-8pm

Friday 4-6pm

Saturday 10am-12pm

The JO B Team is for divers have a competitive list on both 1m and 3m. The JO B team has the option to compete at local invitationals and regional meets as well as striving to make our national level meets. Members of the JO B Team are selected by the coaches based on skill level, dedication and behavior.

JO H -Minimum of 3 days a week. You are required to attend invitationals and qualifiers. National meets are encouraged if you qualify. 

Tue/Thur 6-8pm

Friday 6-7:30pm

Saturday 10am-12pm

The JO H Team is for divers who’s focus is on high school diving. The focus is on 1m diving with the opportunity to dive 3m. The JO H team has the option to compete at local invitationals and regional meets. Members of the JO H Team are selected by the coaches based on skill level, dedication and behavior.
